  • Romona has over 40 years of project management, communication, and organizational skills experience. Her range of experience varies from serving over 20 years as a Project Officer/Manager for the Government; Writing, Producing and Directing Plays; organizing various events such as Galas, Parties, Weddings, Fashion Shows, Musicals, Conferences, and Professional Meetings just to name a few.

    Romona’s contribution to P3E includes artistic design ideas; working with customers to clearly understand their needs and wants; staying current with design trends, marketing, creating events, and other duties as required.

  • Sharon has worked for years in finance for various non-profit organizations. Her attention to detail and experience are used to keep The Perfect Three (P3) within the event budget. As a P3 partner, she continuously seeks opportunities for the company. She initiates opportunities for the company to host, organize, and transform an individual’s vision into reality. She looks for new locations and manages vendor relations and client communications by drafting and negotiating budgets. Planning, developing, and designing events comes easy. Once she understands what a client is looking for her mind begins to work, but yet still keeps the budget at the forefront. Sharon takes pride in working with P3 to make everyone’s event vision become a reality while working within the budget.

  • Tressa has a diverse background and an appreciation for business decision-making. With over 14 years of business experience, she helps us to fine-tune business ideas and redefine strategies as we work to provide clients with the best experience. As a P3 partner, she contributes to each event by providing current and timely information as well as resources and connections that have helped propel us to great success. One of her many strengths is the ability to build strategic alliances and affiliations with corporate and affinity partners that help support and propel the growth of our business. With grit, tenacity, and time, Tressa is about getting things done to ensure our customers are overjoyed when they enter their event.
